Custom Formulation ServicesEfficient antibody conjugation requires a specific buffer formulation and antibody concentration. Common buffer additives (BSA, glycine, and azide) interfere with the conjugation reaction and limit conjugation efficiency. For efficient labeling, we recommend an antibody greater than 95% pure and at a concentration greater than 0.5 mg/ml.
